    Yes, we do provide all the necessary documents for bank loan. Moreover, we also help to tag with the bank as you prefer for home loan process.
  • Do you provide after sale service?
    Yes we do provide after sale service for one year after handed over the project. We also establish and maintain the building association or society.
  • What is your payment method / mode of payment?
    We have a smooth and flexible payment method process. We usually ask for booking money and the down payment and then monthly installment or bank loan facilities based on your mode of payment which is completely negotiable.
